Help Please

I have a mod, but I want to change one of the slots from range to leggs. Problem is I can not chnge the file. What do I need to do to be able to change a file in my uifiles?

Notepad .. Wordpad .. And Text Editor. IE doesn't allow you to modify, it only views files.

Just open the file in Notepad, and you'll be able to edit it there.
