Vert Canni UI Request

I use the Vert Canni and would LOVE to have a HOTT window that is built into the Target window. Anyone with spare time interested in doing this? I'd do it myself but have zero XML skills.

Thanks in advance :)

Actually,
I've working with Sokol on this, as well as a few other mods to some of the windows that are either new incoproraations or "redux" versions of old vert windows that seem to have gone by the wayside as we speak. Now.. if he can just get around to finishing reviewing my code and "solaria-izing" it.

/poke /poke :p

vert combined target HoTT window

Here's what I've come up with... It's not exactly Vert2.6, but it's functional until someone comes up with a truly Vert window.

For those of you who use my UIs, this window is slightly different from the VertMinimal3 version. It'll make it into the next update, though.

The thread is here:

The UI is here:

Awesome Darl! Thanks so much :)
Is there anyway to stick the "spell casting guage" somewhere on there? I've come to get used to it being there now and would love to have that added to it.
If its easy to do I'd be very appreciative.

Thanks again :nana:

no sweat...

Here you go... I've included a zero-size casting gauge window, too.

I extracted this into my UI file yesterday, this is the Vert I use: http://www.eqinterface.com/download...nfo.php?id=1029

It forced my UI to roll back to default for some reason :(

This is the Target indicator I use atm:

Is it possible to just add the HOTT to that one? :(

Sorry to be a pest and thank you again ....

Yikes, sorry about that. I forgot that I put an new image into that window.

Anyway, here's your Vert window...

I swear there must be something wrong with my UI file. This modified hott/target window you made reverts my UI back to default, saying there are errors.

Not sure whats going on :(

Thanks again very much for your time and effort Darl, I do appreciate it and I'm sure the error is on my end of things. <3

I've tried this window with both Vert 2.7 and Solaria, and it works without error messages. If this file bumps you back to default, or gives you any sort of error message, post the contents of your UIErrors.txt file.

We'll get it to work, eventually. And once we do, we'll burn this thread and never speak of it again.

I almost cant bring myself to type this since you've put so much work into this already for me Darl, but that newest hott window switched my UI back to default again. :(

Not sure what I should post as far as my UIError text. Should I post what it says after I load up new UI or after I reload my copy of Vert that does work?

Thanks so much for your help <3

the UIErrors.txt file...

Load EQ, change UIs to the non-working one (with the bad target window in place) and when EQ reverts to the default UI, alt-tab or window-key out of EQ, and find the UIErrors.txt in your main EQ folder. Zip that up and attach it to this thread.

Or...

We could take this to emails and spare the community my bumbling. I'm at [email protected]

Here's the version that I've been working with, credit to Sokol and the delta3m2/pali guy for the bits.

Keep in mind this is made for LARGE resolutions, so might eat too much screen at less that 1280x1024.
