Default Target Window Botched?

NM, somehow the background got set to color vs texture. Yes i'm an idiot.

Ever since the downtime, the target window is showing a huge white spot where the TargetBox.tga shows up. The target box image shows during target but the background is completely white all the time where that image does appear. Is it just me or have other people gotten this too?
