hotbars
ok did some playing around and I think I found the hotbar issue pretty sure you are talking about the extra hotbars 2-10 you can load I don't usually use them so I didn't even notice but I was able to fix them seems that windows without borders are no longer resizeable not sure if this is an issue with my UI or with Sony so I had to add a border to the windows this does make it about 4 pixels larger in each direction but you can now resize the windows
I am attaching the file to this post just download it and replace the EQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml file in your lodi directory
