I was debating trying to make a mod...
So i started thumbing threw a bunch of mods, abb & vert mainly...

I DL'd SidlWidl...
Can't say i like that much, but its still better than hand coding...

Ok, i figured out that i need to edit, or create TGA files...
For the backgrounds...

BUT, i am not a graphics expert...
So i'm wondering where i can get a app to edit TGA's ?
