Geddines Buff Box Problems

Cant get this to work anymore. I know its a problem with the EQ Animations file.

Tried the fix listed that took me to the (name escapes me) fancy UI skin page.

Anyone who has fixed this could you post a new EQ Animation file that will make the buff box work again?
