I’m pretty sure you can't transfer items between servers. It would be similar to them not allowing your character to transfer with his/her coins and items from one server to another excluding the Legends server that is an exception to the rule OR during a very specific period of time when they are trying to populate a new server. So this should not affect the economy on the new Stromm server. All this does is even the playing field a tad since people with duel accounts could do this same thing while others with only one account had to rely on other players to transfer for them which could lead into scams or stolen items if you trusted someone you didn’t know because none of your friends were available to do a transfer for you.
