I had this same problem at first but here is a quick fix for it. The patch before the ldon patch change the animations file BUt not even that it made old ui animation files useless so even if u do the animations file fix for ldon you are missing a code string still so easiest way i found copy the new animations file from ldon and add the code string for your custom ui to it.
