EQInterface Forums - View Single Post - 3D Target Ring

I have an ATI Radeon 7500. It is NOT a Mobility card. I play on a desktop.

I can see the 3D target ring...sorta. I see part of it, the inner part, the outer half of the ring is sliced off.

Has there been any progress toward fixing this particular problem? Because I am not seeing anything here that seems to address this card and/or problem.
