I really hate it when people state the obvious by suggesting what others have already said before AND THAT I HAVE TRIED.
Every time i see a patch change something, I copy the 2 files in the default UI to my current UI folder. I have just tried using default only. I have tried changing it in the various .ini files to load default on startup. I have also removed my UI_character_server.ini file completely. NOTHING has helped.
I even posted a few pictures of what I see when the zone geometry isn't in the way and I can see the ring outside the world... Many people are experiencing this.
I even went out and got a new video card and RAM to see if that would help. It didn't.
Sony is really pissing me off on this one. They shouldn't have made this go live if it was so riddled with bugs!
