EQInterface Forums - View Single Post - TKing/Celtic style item border

When you right-click on an item, you open a window with the details about that item. I have seen a TKing/Celtic type border for this window posted in several screen shots. I have been searching and searching trying to find this download. Might someone be so kind as to post a link to it please?
