An idea to accomplish the first two items would be to have a pet window that consists of two tabs. One tab for commmands and another for buffs. This should give you more room for buff slots and command buttons while not increasing the footprint of the window.

#3 Default spell icons - It would be great if there was an option to use default spell icons.

Can't wait for 1.2.
