Under the alt, just type /loadskin UIName. This is done the exact same way you did it for the first one.

If the first one required a specific INI file, just recreate that INI file for the new character as well.

You can even copy one file to another. UI_Name_Drinal.INI to UI_Name2_Drinal.INI.
