Yeah I don't have rights to the original files because I'm not the author so I could only upload as patches. But in the description I put that it is the complete Tablets of each color.
You can probably rip the spell bar out of the old tablets if you download it, I didn't make any changes to it at all so I don't know why it's out of whack for you. Here are the files from future purple for the gems - they looked fine on my caster when I tried it (blue I tried on my warrior so I didn't see the gems).
