Is there anyway someone could say code the spell bar so that if someone in group has inspect buff laa that if a spell in the spell bar is on the mob that a count down till it wears off shows beside the spell?

what it comes down to is there a way to add to a current spot in the ui such as spell bar or such or make a new window that show what spells I have on the mob and a count down of them.
