I would like the ability to have a background image or xml file (to piece together several smaller images) that went behind everything including the "viewport" and a similar foreground that went on top of everthing. Then you could arange the windows and remove the borders (or not) to have a smooth custom all integrated skin. And all the graphics that make it look like one piece would be in one file (the foreground one).
If this is already possible in some file I havn't looked at, well then I will feel silly but let me know.
