Tablets 4x2 Castwnd

Attached is a 4x2 spell cast window..
It has a casting gauge on the bottom.. Clicking the gauge will open the spellbook.. It's the same size as tablets default pet window.. Makes a nice replacement for no-pet classes..
TO INSTALL: Copy the 2 xml files and the .tga from one of the 6 folders.
