Tablets Large Castwnd

This is a large Castwnd for tablets... It's the same height as tablets default cast window but much wider.. Shows spellnames and icons..
Also, it has casting gauge and book button at bottom..
TO INSTALL: Copy the 2 xml files and the .tga from one of the 6
folders.
