You are very welcome! I probably should have shared hem ages ago!
Regarding file placement, it depends on how complicated you want to get.
I prefer to have everything in the main eq/maps folder so when I am looking at a map, I do not have to select which map I want to view.
You can probably delete the "custom" subfolder included in the download. I was going to stick them all in there but just got lazy and ended up making modifications in the main folder.
