Ok to clairify you can have all 4 hotbutton bars up at once. If they are not visible you have to go to EQ button >actions>and turn on your other 2 hotbars. Now while you can have 4 hotbars open you cant have all 10 banks on each hotbar open.. you do still have to scroll thru to see each ten on each hotbar.
