My assumption is that the mouse over details are hard coded on the EQ side of things. There is nothing we can set in the XML to change that (except maybe text size and I am not even sure about that one as well, been a while since I toyed with the buff windows).

It would be nice if they would give us an eqtype for the timers, but that is the only way we'd be able to display them sadly.
