In today's right-facing buff window *extra* file, the phantom duplicate buffs are back in slot 35/37/39 etc. You fixed this last May, I think, and it's fine in the full download -- but the single file mod has the old bug.
EDIT: I know you said earlier today you were fixing this, but if you did it didn't take as of 2PM Pacific.

Thanks for keeping the UI up-to-date.

Now to figure out how to get my small bag windows back.
