Okay I did as Halelen sugguested below Copied what is posted below and pasted into the Quartz Template file and made sure the /xml is below the copied stuff. I launched Everquest and the windows are back up

There are still 3 things iffy with it. One is an old one that always shows any time quartz is loaded "Your XML files are not compatible with Everquest files, certain files may not perform correctly. Use /loadskin default 1 to load the Everquest default skin." The other 2 things that have never shown in the window are :
00002:Loading database strings file dbstr_us.txt
00003:21549 strings read
Can anyone help with those and is it something I should worry about? Thanks the Quartz version I use is 2.3.0 which I believe is made by Seaxouri
