The only thing added to the lootwindow file is one more button.
The only thing added to the castspellwindow file is one more spell gem.
The only thing added to the animations file is more dragitems (up to 58). Note that there are *two* places in animations where you have to cut and paste, one around line 500 and one around line 8000.

Wow... as expansion updates go, this one is remarkably easy to fix.
