Tooltips - on and off
We need to be able to control the tooltips. The ones in the buff window, casting window, inventory, and containers are hard coded. I have manually cut out all <tooltip> references in my XMLs. I personally want all of those tooltips listed above except those in the buff window, but it would fit differently in every different mob. Moreover, I want item tooltips to be like before, only shown in the container your mouse is overing over.. With three bags open next to each other and 25-30 tooltips popping up all over those bags when I press down alt, they really don't help.
