Group Window Guage Color Change (out of zone)

Looking for any information on how to change the color in the group window guages when another player is out of zone it defaults to a red.
I have looked for its RGB or a tga it links to, however have come up empty.
Any information on how to change this color?

(Person in group, out of same zone)
