Yay! Actually got it to work with the GForce 5200.
Now the other box with a Herc Kyro 4500 and all the same settings is a no go.
What DID work for me was to copy the 2 TargetIndicator files to my UI and change 2 values in the EQclient.ini.
USETNL=TRUE
and at the VERY bottom of the file (add if needed):
Show3dTargetIndicator=1
This works now.
If ANYONE has gotten a Kyro 4500 to work, please holler
