I recently downloaded Quartz and its latest version (which is running fine) and then i browsed to page 8 (under complete sets) and i noticed a skin specifically for Quartz called fireandice(Fire and Ice) i downloaded it but it came with no read me file or any info how to install, ive tried several methods to no avail. Help
