Gimp is my favorite graphics tool
so, instructions based on that (free download btw)
For creating "new" ring...
1. download 1 that is the right size...
2. Use the eraser... on everything
3. draw your picture
4. Save
5. Enjoy
(some ring downloads are multiple files.. for each con, assist, etc.. edit all to desired.. there will probably be a Target.ini ...well, something similiar to that.. i'm at work, so can't look it up.. it will tell you which files it is looking for) that help?
For modying existing ring
1. download ring
2. edit file
3. Save
4. Enjoy
Or, i can add you to my stack (will be the weekend before i can even start)
or maybe someone else will beat me to it (Ravorvine has already shown a knack for quick, awesome work. Hopefully after this week my schedule will settle down.. more time for UI work! woot!
