Cleric UI (Designing per Wifes Request)

Here are some Pictures of what I want it to Look Like, I can Do Some graphic Design, But When it comes to the coding part, I'm a 6 month old learning how to walk Haha, Any help With telling me how I would make this happen Would be great, Thanks. You Can see Pics On This Thread Here
