We definitely are getting two more spell slots, but only one is currently available on beta. For now, I have used the default spell window to mem a spell in the 13th slot and switched back to Vert to play.

The 13th spell can be cast with Alt [ even if you cannot see it.
The 14th spell (when added) will be cast with Alt ] the same way.
