Is this in Vert or Solaria. I have noticed no problems so far though have seen a couple of people mentioning the issue, no clue what UI they were using. It could be a problem with another custom mod you are using. Try adding a clean Vert/Solaria install to a new directory and using it and seeing if you have the same issue.
Also check the EQ tech forums and see if anyone else has reported this issue with other UIs. It could always be that the patcher didnt get you a file you needed or something like that.

The only thing that I can think of is that maybe your account is setup to use the BankWindow and not BigBankWindow. BigBankWindow was for the people that got the original 8 extra bank slots with LoY and I though everyone was using that file now. I was thinking it would be unnessisary to include that file in the UI at any point.
Didn't they include the original 8 slots for free for everyone at some point?
And you do have PoR now correct?

You should just be able to click on the file with the right mouse button and save it, then move it to the Vert directory and replace the one that is there. There should be no copying the contents into a notepad file or anything like that.
