I found this out when working on my gui.

Spell icons that appear on your buff bar, actually have an additional 1 pixel wide column on the right and 1 pixel high row on the bottom that is totally transparent and not modifiable in code. So if you are trying to make an absoluetly precise sized window for your buffs, you need to keep this in mind.
