Ui Error Is Bogus Until Dragons Goes Active.
This is a known issue and you'll just have to ignore it. As for the maps, if you have a downloaded map, try clicking on the 1 under Visible Layers so that the button is up. This fixes the problem there. However, you have to repeat that everytime you zone.
