I am not sure which part you are referring to. You can change the look of a title bar by changing the frameset templates (A_WindowTitleLeft etc.), or create your own templates. I believe if you change the <Text> tag in the <Screen> tag, you can change the text in the title bar.

Other than that, you'll have to be more specific.
