Maybe I am misuderstanding you. As I said the Inventory window (the one you see when you hit "I" in game pulls from the Default UI folder - so it should have all 10 bag slots no matter what version of Tablets you are using.
If you're looking for all 10 bags on the Hot Button window like the person above you, I attached a MOD file for that.
