I really think we should have a "Notes" window so it's actually possible to read what I've put into the file using /note <blahblahblah>.

It should be able to be read by using the "Help" window by having a link to the file... I suppose the only problems are:

1. I know absolutely nothing about HTML.
2. It would be preferred if I could actually read the note file right after sticking something in it (rather then having to make a special HTML-version of the file that would have to be changed outside of EQ everytime I added some note).
