On his site, on the left side at the bottom, you'll see a link for 'EQ Colors Free Version' or something like that.
You can download it from there. Not sure how it works with the new stuff atm. In the past it broke Hitsmode and all it's values. But now I think all that junk's stored in the UI INI, but not 100% sure.
Oh, and I do know that won't work on the Window Placements anymore, since all that is stored in the INI.
