If it isn't a feature already available in the game, then there is no way to create that functionality. The actions taken when buttons are clicked is hardcoded by SOE. UI authors have no control over it. It is one of the main reasons that buttons can't be moved to other UI pieces.

The only buttons that can be made are ones that open other UI windows, i.e. a button that opens the merc manage window.
