No "easy" way to change that. Only way to change that is to either grab the colour packs from the Kao mod, or go into the window_pieces01.tga, window_pieces03.tga, scrollbar_gutter.tga and lines.tga and colour them yourself.
Version two won't have coloured titlebars.
