I have added a 13-gem CastSpellWnd file to my Google drive for the time being. DBG added the functionality for 14 gems, but there is no AA to buy the 14th gem. I personally am using the new 13-gem version.

You will need to rename the file you choose, as they have 13 and 14 in the name on the drive. Simply delete the 13 or 14 (as you choose) from the name and it will work in your Vert directory on beta.

Again, these are not zipped, so you can read them for yourself before downloading.
