I am using Paint Shop Pro to edit a TGA file for a 3D target ring. I can make the graphics look like I want them to and it saves just fine. However, when I try to load it up in EQ it can not load the TGA file and uses the default target ring instead.

What am I missing here?

I took an existing (and working) target ring and simply edited it to make it look like I wanted it to look... ie. put my guild name on the ring and when I save it, it doesn't work.

I would be very happy if someone could point me in the right direction or give me some idea of what I need to do.
