Background help please.

I had these working with my skull head image before and I forgot how I got them to work...

Now these load but transparent, there is no background... but when loaded up in PS8 they clearly have the background. What am I missing? I've saved as TGA files; I've enclosed the 3 files with the background already included in them, if anyone can help please it would be greatly appreciated.

If someones able to help and it's not too complicated to fix, would be appreciated thank you much.
