Greetings and thanks for looking at my post!

I am a minimalist on my game pieces.
What I would LOVE is if some one could make an ExTarWdw:
1. with no border
2. no label
3. have it so i can use a black background tint
4. have it so just Name and Health( a lil thicker then in the picture) show
5. have it look like the image of the group window in the pic.
(no join/disband buttons of course lol)
I THINK it is Wiznut's WL group window but not sure.
