To Paint or not to Paint
So what do people use for editing graphics down to the pixel? I've been using MS paint mostly for bitmap editing and switching to PSP 7 for all the major graphic revisions.
I just find that PSP is sometimes annoying when trying to make some changes and a silly program like MS paint is much more effective.
Whats everyone else using?

Adobe Photoshop 5 (though I have 7 and don't use it)
And Gif construction set if I ever get around to using that.

When I tweak UIs or make sigs, etc., I use Paint Shop Pro 7 (and Animation Shop 3 for animations) for the bulk of my work, but sometimes I do additional tweaking in Photoshop7/ImageReady.
