Update - 12/22/03

Updated the Cursor Attachment xml. Fixed the items attached to the cursor so that they can be seen.

Target Ring Indicator:
- Included Quester's Battle Ring ver2 as the default.

Group/Target/Player window:
- AttackIndicator and TargetBox now show in their appropriate places.
- AttackIndicator and TargetBox are customized to work with the UI

Pointer:
- Included Weighty Polearm Pointer as the default.


*Updated UI-Player-Server.ini file.

**It is imperative that you replace your current UI-Player-Server.ini file with the one included in the zip. The new changes rely on the .ini for fixed positions and placement.
