Default help getting ui to load up exactly like screenshots

I need some help here if any is available. i've been having some serious trouble getting a couple of the user interfaces to load up looking exactly like their screenshots. they either don't load or when i load the uiskin it looks nothing at all like the screenshots of the ui. how do you get a ui to load up and look identical to the screenshots of the ui? any help would be most appreciated.

Window placement is dictated by the character_UI.Server file in the EQ folder. In order for you to get yours to look like the screenshot, the UI creator either must included their INI file with the UI for you to rename and use or you must rearrange the windows to match the picture yourself.

A non-loading or semi-loading UI is usually old or broken by a patch. For UIs that load correctly but in odd places, you either need an INI file with the windows prearranged or get to moving them yourself.

Also worth mentioning is that those screenshots were taken in a specific resolution. If your resolution does not match the resolution in the screenshot, it won't be possible to make yours match the screenshot exactly.
