Though any class could use it, this is mostly an enchanter target window. It has the target with consider, the casting bar, the mez timer mod by blainesholmes, 8 clicky slots, and the health of target's target window. I am very happy with how it turned out, and I can't imagine what else I will need to add here for a very long time.
