Lightbulb Map with built-in Compass / Attn: Leigo

Does anyone know if some has a current EQ Map window that has a well located currently compatible/simply styled compass built-in, displaying numbered degrees and cardinal points. If the window is also sizeable too, would be a plus

Fingers crossed I'd really love it to work with Sparxx.

But as I'm unable to make it myself. I'll try to be happy. Thanks!!

Post Map and Compass Windows

To my knowledge, the Map and Compass windows cannot be merged.

EQ's UI is very picky on what it can and cannot do.

You could make a transparent box drawn in the map window and have the compass behind the map window to make it look like it is merged

Lightbulb Still Hopeful ...

Sorry Sparxx, I thought you could do most anything UI Slightly disillusioned/disappointed now. But maybe there's another (Drakah?) who can accomplish the impossible, huh?

Not trying to create hard feelings, just thought it'd be a nice option. Course it'd have to be placed to stay visible when the map is closed too. Or can there be 2 compass windows? Thanks for reading/thinking on this. Everyone's hard work here is appreciated by someone. You guys simply amaze most of us.

Hmm, idk how plausible this would be.. I'm sure it could be helpful, but the slightest change could break the UI. More so by dbg.. I'm not saying I won't look into it, but it's not at the top of my list at this time.

It is impossible as stated you can do things to make it look like the compass is on the map as Drakah said you can make a transparent spot in map window and place compass behind map. The only way an element can be placed in another window is if it has an eqtype. If it does not, It can only be in its home window. The compass does not have an eqtype.
