I like social scripting. I normally use all 5 lines when doing socials. Alot of my socials include pauses - especially if the social involves a spell or other command that requires time. However, the only way I know to stop a social once started is to zone.

I think this would be pretty similar to the bards /stopsong both in usage and justification.

So please make a command called /stopsocial
